My thoughts- also in random order

1.  Cindy comes up with such good blog ideas that I had to go ahead and steal hers.
2.  Yes, the blue chair is just as amazingly comfortable as ever...it's like butter! It is a cocoon of comfort.
3.  It is amazing how many people you can run into that you know in a place like a hospital.  This is how it went-- I'm waiting to go into surgery and all of a sudden I hear, "Carla???- What are you guys doing here?" - very surreal.
4.  I have a lot of people I know that I can call if I need something at Florida Hospital.  It is a good feeling.
5.  Ok, three days without a shower produces a rich patina.  My family says no problem..you can't even tell.  Huh, I wonder why everyone is sitting in the other room?
6.  Coming home to a wonderfully clean home is such a treat.  Like I have said so many times before...I am a blessed mom.
7.  I just put in my order to the chef for an egg omelet with onions and red peppers for breakfast.  Ahhh, the life of recovery after surgery.
8.  Anesthesiology is a wonderful branch of medicine...you drift off to sleep and then you are awake.  Everything that took place in between is a blank.
9.  I love the way people are planning my life... oh, yes, mom,  I read that exercise helps during treatment.  Get ready for the treadmill!  You'll be doing that!
10.  I have a great family! I feel your prayers and thank you for them.  They are allowing me to enjoy the "peace that truly passes all understanding" and I am a blessed woman to have such wonderful support.

You can definitely count me out in the planning your life department. I have enough figuring out what God wants me to do with my own. :) However, in the column of love you, pray for you and willing to do ANYTHING you want or need, please put me!!!
How long do you get to/have to hang on to your 'patina'? Are you typing with both hands?
Today I read, Colossians 3:15-17, such a blessing. "And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another, in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. And whatever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him."
You are a blessing to me!! c

Carla,

Not sure at all about the excerise, maybe virtual!!. You could sit and watch the excerise channel and visualize yourself in leg warmers doing them.

It is wonderful to hear you say that you feel blessed as a mother. You do not hear that from to many parent's these day's. The Lord truly made you one of a kind. I do agree that you have amazing kid's, however they do not get that way on their own. kudos to you amazing Mom!!!!

I love that you have 2 of the best caretaker's that there are, Have they given you a bell???? It insure's very prompt service.

A shower can do wonder's in making you feel better, let alone leave you feeling fresh as a daisy.

Take full advantage of the being waited on and pampering, Get the honey do list ready.

I love you with all my heart, though most of the time i never have the right words to say. You are a fantastic example of a christian women. The Lord is so proud of you!!!.
