We were visited this morning by this beautiful little creature while we sat in our chairs not 2 feet from where he was drinking from the hummingbird feeder. Actually, we were visited by both a male and female hummingbird while we watched. The first of the season. How great is our God that He created such a beautiful, fragile little bird for our enjoyment. I love watching them!

Ruby-throated hummingbirds
We were visited this morning by this beautiful little creature while we sat in our chairs not 2 feet from where he was drinking from the hummingbird feeder. Actually, we were visited by both a male and female hummingbird while we watched. The first of the season. How great is our God that He created such a beautiful, fragile little bird for our enjoyment. I love watching them!

Carla, is that the actual picture you took of your humming bird. If so you have a wonderful treat for you this spring. They are very interesting to watch and they are very territorial.
