I have had the privilege of being married for 37 years to a wonderful man who has taught me the joy of humor and laughter. It's contagious, it soothes the soul, it makes difficult times bearable, it is a gift I treasure. May we never lose the ability to laugh.

What's in a day?
Today is Thursday, August 6. Today I got up and had some coffee and toast- Columbian coffee with homemade bread, toasted lightly with butter and honey- delicious! Today I went to work; I had lunch with Bill- Pizza Hut salad bar; I came home and am planning on watching some TV and then going for a walk. I will do something similar tomorrow. What I did not have to do today is drive all day. What I do not have to do tomorrow is have a treatment. After a year of having a treatment every three weeks, I am done. And to be honest, I didn't even think about it. Look out! I think that's called, "normal."

so glad you can have a "normal" third Thursday. Good to hear you are enjoying just relaxing once in awhile as well. We so enjoyed all the fun we have had. Hope it can continue alittle after school starts.
August 6th- I got up, went to work, worked all day and then drove home to a dinner of probably some leftovers or something slightly odd but doable. What I didn't do is spend the previous day ridding the house of cat hair, dirty dishes, messed up couch cushions, toilet paperless bathrooms, laundry rooms full of clothes strewn everywhere or emptying the refrigerator of odd containers with suspicious food in the desperate attempt to make the house more welcoming for my wonderful mother. Yup, I too am enjoying this new normal ;)
Hahahahahahahah!!!!
What happiness!!!! We are thrilled for you. Three cheers for the new normal!!! c
