I have had the privilege of being married for 37 years to a wonderful man who has taught me the joy of humor and laughter. It's contagious, it soothes the soul, it makes difficult times bearable, it is a gift I treasure. May we never lose the ability to laugh.

The time has come!!!
Yes, it's time. Starting tomorrow, I am going wig-less. With just three treatments left, I am finally at a point that I feel I can go with just my hair. It's not nearly as long as it was before but long enough to be presentable. Of course, it will take folks some time to get used to it. It is short and very fine (people ask me if it has come back in different than before chemo and the answer is yes..it is very fine). But, starting tomorrow, there will be no wig on this head!!!

Fine sounds good too, just like a new child. I also loved my kids hair when they were young.
