I have had the privilege of being married for 37 years to a wonderful man who has taught me the joy of humor and laughter. It's contagious, it soothes the soul, it makes difficult times bearable, it is a gift I treasure. May we never lose the ability to laugh.

It's a winter wonderland
Snowing in April! As I write this, I am looking out my window watching it snow. Big flakes that are starting to stick to the porch. Snowing enough so that you can see it flying sideways as the wind blows it. I don't know what this will do to my tulips which are in full bloom right now. Or the grass which was beginning to green up very nicely. I do know that the news said there will be a freeze tonight so there is a good chance that the apples on the mountain which have begun to bloom will be frozen out. No apples for you! It's beautiful to watch to be sure, but strange to be seeing this white stuff so late in the season. The Lord doth have a sense of humor!
