2. We don't know what the future holds, but right now at this moment, I am at peace and enjoying being with my best friend.
3. It is a joy to be able to spend time with my 'rents' - playing cards, sharing a meal, just sitting and talking. I never take that time for granted.
4. I am the luckiest mom alive...I enjoy being with my kidos whether in person, on the phone, or isighting. They make me happy.
5. I find I enjoy simple things- watching a blue bird outside, going for a ride, a McDonalds hamburger, sharing a cup of coffee or having lunch with my husband, a warm day after many days of cold. There are things all around us that can bring us joy...we just have to look for them.
6. The Lord is in control. He is almighty, all-knowing, all-powerful. He never changes, never falters, never waivers. He never sleeps, never slumbers. And He cares about us and our lives. I am content.

Nice to hear from you!!! I'm so glad those things are past, and we continue to pray that they have done their job to the nth degree!!!!!! God is so good and so able!!! Today I read Psalm 29:10b "The LORD sitteth King forever." And there is the answer to ALL our worries!! We are enjoying a beautiful day here, too. Lovely! C
I love being with my 'rents too! And truly, I never take that time for granted either :) Each moment is a blessing. I love that I have learned from you to take joy in the little things of life. They are what make days special. I love you Mom!!
