1. That I get to celebrate the birth of my Savior. I pray that this right is forever mine.
2. That I get to celebrate Billy's birthday with him today. There have been far too many years where he is just a voice on the phone. I have missed him very much.
3. That I get to isight with my beautiful daughter and wish her happy birthday as she visits with her sister across the pond. I miss her today but celebrate her fearlessness in making this journey.
4. That right now, at this moment, I am here and enjoying my family. I thank the Lord that He has allowed me that blessing.
5. That I can rest in knowing that the Lord is in control, whatever the future holds, and that nothing takes Him by surprise.
Merry Christmas everyone! As we celebrate our Savior's birth, take a moment to sit quietly and watch the blessing that is called family. Soak in the laughter and the joy.
